Returns & Refund Information

We want you to love our products and we’ve gone above and beyond to hand-pick some wonderful items for our website. And although, we are sure you will be happy with your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below. 

To ask us about a refund or exchange please email hello@allyoucaneco.co.uk with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

 

If items are damaged or faulty we will organised a replacement or arrange for collection of the items.  In all other cases you would be responsible for sending the item back to us at the store.  You can also bring this into the store in Perranporth for instant replacement.


In the unlikely event an item is missing from your order please let us know and we shall get this sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.


Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash. 


We are sorry but beauty products and hygiene related items such as deodorants, menstrual cups, toothpaste etc are not suitable to be returned unless faulty. We can also not refund on food items unless they are not consumable.   


We’ll get your refund processed as fast as we can or exchanged within the normal delivery time.


As we work with a number of Cornish eco-crafters and producers, it may be necessary to contact them for a replacement item – however, we will keep you informed with any delays to your refund/exchange. 


Please make sure that you read and keep all safety information, allergen advice or necessary packaging.


Please also note as many of the products we sell are handmade or unique there may be slight colour variations or changes from the example picture – unless this is a major deviation from the advertised product this is not considered a fault and returning costs will stay with the purchaser.
